Meet Courtney Clark, Founder of The Wilco Collective:
Courtney has spent over a decade in the trenches of nonprofit and church leadership, building programs, facilitating coalitions, mapping resources, managing casework, and building community. She's led community engagement efforts such as Amplify on the Square, launched collaborations across Williamson County, and served as an Executive Director, where she learned firsthand just how much nonprofits need each other to thrive.
In 2025, Courtney found herself doing work that didn't quite fit inside any one organization. Weaving together the organizational connections that make up the social services ecosystem in Williamson County. It was here that she began learning about June Holley's Network Weaving Model, framed on one simple belief: thriving communities aren't built by any one person or program, but by people who feel seen, supported, and equipped to lead, together. That belief became The Wilco Collective.
When she's not facilitating a coalition meeting or mapping community assets, you'll find her at home with her family, a cup of coffee, and a windowsill full of plants she's probably talked to at least once today.
