Having the Right Partner Changes Everything in Nonprofit Work
It's no secret that nonprofit and community-driven work is incredibly hard. The stakes are always high and resources are tight. Having a trusted partner in your corner is essential to the survival of organizations and staff (hint: this is why we offer Nonprofit Coffee). As I’ve launched The Wilco Collective over the last year, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have exactly that kind of partner in my friend and fellow consultant, Larry D. Williams, founder of Williams Community Solutions (WCS). Larry has been a true sounding board for me answering questions, generously sharing resources, and pushing me to think harder and deeper about my own work. When he isn’t helping me sharpen my own business, Larry is on the ground doing vital work across the public and nonprofit sectors. He brings over two decades of deep, hands-on experience in public service, government contracting, and community engagement. Through WCS, he specializes in turning complex institutional goals into practical, measurable, community-level action plans. If your organization is navigating the messy, rewarding intersection of government, nonprofits, and community outcomes, you want Larry in your corner!
If your organization is looking for a thoughtful partner who sees the bigger picture, I can’t recommend Larry enough.
